THE MULTIFUNCTIONAL SPACE CORSO COMO 10

5 mins read

Today we will tell you about this wonderful gem located at number 10 of Corso Como, in the heart of Milan. A 30-year long story born from an idea of Carla Sozzani who in 1990 decided to refurbish an old railing house, previously used as a garage, transforming it into a gallery dedicated to art, design and architecture. Over the years the building has undergone many transformations and today Corso Como 10 has become a multifunctional space very different from the usual typical places of the Milanese panorama.

The entire restaurant is built around a delightful garden furnished with plants and tables from which it is possible to access the various rooms. On the ground floor we find the cafeteria where you can taste the impressive selection of spirits, infusions and centrifuges offered by the house and the restaurant with a menu able to satisfy even the most demanding palates with a wide range of pasta, meat, vegetables and cold dishes from enjoy at all hours. Also from the ground floor it is possible to access the shop where you can find various kinds of products made by young designers and emerging talents from the Italian and international scene.
Continuing upstairs, you finally enter the library and the art gallery, the beating heart of the entire building. The exhibits here range from high fashion clothing by Azzedine Alaia to sculptures by Kris Ruhs. The artistic direction of Carla Sozzani ensures a continuous exchange of the works on display so we strongly recommend that you subscribe to the newsletter to stay up to date and do not miss the numerous cultural initiatives organized every month.

In recent years, the restaurant has enriched its offer by making available to customers the 3 Rooms Hotel, an exclusive boutique hotel with only 3 rooms available. The suites are impeccably furnished with bright colors and refined design elements that will give you the feeling of being inside an art installation rather than a hotel.
