The Dior fashion show was finally held in Miami and presented its long-awaited pre-fall 2020 collection, directed by Kim Jones. All the key pieces of the collaboration with Stussy, created by Designer Shawn Stussy and the Dior team, were also revealed.
Through this co-lab streetwear finally begins to be part of the maison, where high and low, couture and street meet. This combination of Dior and Stussy is perfectly summarized in the logo created by Shawn that refers a lot to that of his brand created in the 1980s. When the collaboration was confirmed by Shawn a few days ago through a declaration on instagram (in case you missed it, you can find it here), the web is totally crazy. Furthermore it was since 1996 that Mr. Stussy created nothing and 20 years later seeing him again alongside Dior was a surprise for everyone.

Another integration of Street culture in the world of Dior is certainly the collaboration between the French fashion brand and Nike with the creation of Air Jordan 1 High OG, find our article here in case you want to know more!
