Nestled in the heart of Manhattan, overlooking New York’s Fifth Avenue, we find an exclusive Italian corner. A place the essence of Italian culture is found in classic cuisine. This is the Armani Ristorante. Under the expert direction of Alessandro Fagorzi and Umbrian chef Michele Brogioni, the kitchen has a very specific task: to translate what Armani represents in fashion into the gastronomic field. Mr. Giorgio Armani explains the inspiration for all 25 Armani locations that span three continents (North America, Europe, and Asia).

In the Armani Ristorante menu, we can find tortelli alla piacentina, seasoned with melted butter and Parmesan, which is a tribute to Mr. Armani’s Emilian origins; Or the roast chicken with potatoes and Spaghetti alla Bisanzio with fresh tomatoes and basil, symbols of his family meals as a child. As a nod to the Lombardy capital, an important city for the designer, there are celebrated iconic recipes such as the Armani Milano risotto, with saffron pistils creamed with Parmesan aged for 24 months, and veal cutlet with rocket and cherry tomatoes.
