We are in Rome, in the heart of the Roman fashion district, in Via Fontanella Borghese, near Via Condotti. We are all here in the Fay boutique for the presentation of the Fall / Winter 2019/2020 collection.
The protagonist this time is the man and the iconic line of the Fay Archive brand born in June 2019, which proposes outerwear that reconfirms the brand’s original “workwear” and “outdoor” attitude. Started in the 80s thanks to the intuition of Diego and Andrea della Valle, the line proposes a precise model of jacket, inspired by the one used by Maine firemen. Fay Archive then starts from the original DNA of the brand and entrusts the first season to the creativity and ideas of Alessandro Squarzi, entrepreneur, explorer and male style expert, present last night.
The Fay Archive event in Rome was realized in collaboration with the fashion magazine Icon, previously united in September in Milan to celebrate the cover of the magazine formed by Craig McDean starring Boyd Holbroo.
Last night in fact the Icon director, Andrea Tenerani, the entrepreneur Andrea della Valle, Michele Lupi, former director of the Icon and Icon Design magazine and current head of the Men’s Collections Visionary of the Tod’s group took part in the event. Many important personalities from the world of entertainment and fashion including Massimo Giletti, journalist and television presenter, Alessandro Roja, Italian actor, Maria Vittoria Cusumano, director of the MVC Magazine, Giselle Longo, International Press Office & VIP PR at TOD’S Spa and Marta Nori , digital PR at the Fay brand.
Next stop of Fay Archive after Milan and Rome, Naples.
