Only 48 hours left before the new Jordan x Supreme sneakers. Long queues will soon begin in front of the stores in New York, Brooklyn, Los Angeles, London and Paris. These are the first cities where you can buy them.
If you are not in the area, always in June 13 the sneakers will also be on sale online (link). Instead the Asian public will have to wait for their release on June 15 in Japan.
This second collaboration between Supreme NY and Jordan Brand (the first in 2015 with the different variants of Jordan V link) is a tribute to the basketball player. Just in these days in 1998 at the NBA finals Michael Jordan was wearing this sneaker. The game remained in the history because MJ scored the decisive basket just 5 seconds from the end. Thus the “number 23” led to the victory of the Bulls in his last game with this shirt. Since than, that shoe is a cult that, combined with his great passion for the Ferrari 550 Maranello, has given life to today’s sneaker with an even more decisive look.
In detail: the shoe features a leather and nubuk upper with metal studs, painted midsole panels, woven logo at mesh tongue and number 23 printed on the heel.
The sneakers have been made in two versions: a total white with black and red tips, the other total black with blue and silver touches. The price should be around $ 250.
