Have passed 50 years since the last production of the perfumes of the Celine fashion house, and the great return is simply a wonderful olfactory journey that makes the Parisian spirit dream between romanticism, classicism and refinement. And after the great change in the field of clothing and the logo by removing the accent on the last “e“, the revolutionary Hedi Slimane has decided to tackle the head of the perfumery too, signing the Haute Parfumerie collection of the house, the first from the famous perfume Vent Fou from 1964: 11 unisex fragrances presented in a new boutique dedicated to high perfumery on 390, Rue Saint-Honoré, in Paris, opened specifically at the end of October. The interior of the Celine Boutique Haute Parfumerie is designed in the same spirit as the Celine stores according to Hedi Slimane, a marvelous “museum of fragrances” made of black and white Grand Antique marble, where the multiple mirrors placed on alabaster shelves multiply the infinite perfumes. There are also rough stones and metal profiles, exquisitely arranged under the distinct sign of Parisian taste. There are also works of contemporary art such as the wooden sculptures by Luisa Gardini, the abstract paintings by Camilla Reyman and Søren Sejr and Composite Release # 3 by Rochelle Goldberg, the latter commissioned specifically for the Parisian boutique.
The 11 fragrances contained in bottles with modernist lines, with a minimal white label, will be on sale only in Celine boutiques, the first nine starting from the end of October and two starting in 2020.
