The venue features an elegant and high-class design.The restaurant rooms have floors in precious Carrara marble and rich decorations, while on the ceiling we find magnificent Murano glass chandeliers. The chef of the Acanto Ristorante is Alessandro Buffolino, and his proposals are very inviting.Starting with the brunch buffet. Among these you will find veal in tuna sauce with coconut, Greek salad, Venere rice with courgettes, Fassona tartare, mozzarella in carrozza and poached eggs. As for fish, the various sushi proposals, raw red prawns, salmon carpaccio, swordfish and smoked tuna are interesting. You can taste various types of mignon, chocolate ganache deliciously covered with icing and cream, cakes and smoothies with coconut, mango and passion fruit in a special room.
