Kendall Jenner is the face of the new Burberry campaign. The top model is transformed into an avatar for the TB Summer Monogram fashion film directed by Nick Knight (which soon will collaborate with the Maison Valentino for the new Haute Couture Fashion Show). The TB Summer Monogram campaign is a journey from reality to fantasy and blend real-life shots with CGI technology. The campaign is set in a metaphysical world inspired by skateparks and swimming pools which incarnates the freedom and optimism of summer. Inside this digital space, Kendall Jenner’s avatar wears the new capsule Burberry TB Summer Monogram collection. To the fashion-film are accompanied a series of self-portraits shot by Kendall herself.
The TB Summer Monogram collection is characterized by the reimagined logo that features his initials, “TB,” in bold interlocking letters, created by Riccardo Tisci and Peter Saville in 2018. For summer 2020, the print is revisited with a colour palette that goes from dark beige to blue cobalt with orange accents.
The new TB Summer Monogram collection is already available in selected Burberry boutiques and online, and on Farfetch starting from July 8th. While in September, Burberry organized its Spring/Summer 2021 Fashion Show that will be full of surprises.
