In the Armani Ristorante menu, we can find tortelli alla piacentina, seasoned with melted butter and Parmesan, which is a tribute to Mr. Armani’s Emilian origins; Or the roast chicken with potatoes and Spaghetti alla Bisanzio with fresh tomatoes and basil, symbols of his family meals as a child. As a nod to the Lombardy capital, an important city for the designer, there are celebrated iconic recipes such as the Armani Milano risotto, with saffron pistils creamed with Parmesan aged for 24 months, and veal cutlet with rocket and cherry tomatoes.
