DOMODOMO’s menu and its kitchen is managed by Brian Kim, graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and 15 years of experience, that constantly renew himself experimenting with new combinations and fresh ingredients each season.
The service and hygiene measures are incredible: once you’re seated at each client is offered a small ball and a detergent towel to wash your hands.
