Tutto il Giorno‘s story begins in 2008, when Gianpaolo de Felice and his friend David Mayer, after a long day cycling around, wanted to eat a plate of authentic Italian pasta without being around the Hamptons’s scene. They wanted a place where that felt like home, with Gianpaolo’s mom could come from the South of Italy to the Hamptons and cook her recipes. A dream that then became reality. Tutto il Giorno is the perfect place for friends and family to meet and catch up while eating amazing authentic Italian food. Loved by celebrities like Calvin Klein, Sarah Jessica Parker or Keith Richards, that you can often spot eating here when they’re in town.
Gabby Karan De Felice designed the amazing interiors and completed the experience by opening a lifestyle shop, Urban Zen, with her mom Donna Karan. The store creates a perfect aesthetic and adds something new and special to the restaurant.
After a few successful seasons, in 2009, they Gianpaolo opens, Tutto South Hampton with Executive Chef Alex Aparu, and recently, in 2014 Tutto opened a new location in Tribeca, New York with an urban take on the interiors. Here, the menu is curated by the Italian chef Agostino Petrosino.
