In the heart of Rome, just a few steps away from Campo Dei Fiori, Il Sanlorenzo, it’s one of the few places where two very different souls co-exist. The restaurant mix gourmet food with a classic Roman tavern, which gained them a Michelin star. The main part of the menu is dedicated to seafood, traditional but innovative at the same time, all locally sourced from the cooperative of fisherman of Ponza, a collaboration that started in 2007. The restaurant also offers the possibility to have a taste of this amazing seafood in the comfort of your home, just show up from 11.00 to 15.00 and from 18.00 to 20.00.
The menu usually changes every season, but there are a few options that always stays. Like the fresh fish, spaghetti with spelt and anchovies from Ponza, bread crumbs with pepper and spaghetti with sea urchin. The service is curated and there’s an amazing selection of Champagne and wines.
