The luxury streetwear brand Supreme keeps surprising us with interesting and seducing co-brandings: after the recent successful partnership with Stone Island, Supreme is now the alley of another great fashion brand, very well known and specialized in mountain clothing: American The North Face.
This is not the first time these two brands meet in order to produce an unique collection: as a matter of fact their collaboration has already given birth to the 2019 Fall/Winter capsule collection. Today they are going to surprise us once again with just as much charm, offering something a bit more fresh for 2019 spring/summer! If, like me, you are looking forward to it, get ready with your fingers on your computer keyboards for the big release, which will take place on Thursday March the 28th at 12.00 AM, in the online shop and in the Supreme Stores.
What should we expect from this wonderful partnership? I can anticipate it will be a pretty minimal collection, no particular graphics just the Supreme arc logo, very visible on vivid colours like red, yellow, purple, light blue and of course black.
The collection includes jackets, pants and bags: 6 pannel caps, breeze hats and other accessories; I must mention the Mountain Parka and the Mountain Pant, in transpirant nylon and waterproof GORE-TEX, refined with hidden seams and embroidered logos. Of course there will be matching bags: the Duffle bag made of 1000D laminated TPE and ballistic nylon, Organizer made of 840D ballistic nylon.
The collection is presented through a look book featuring the rapper Nakel Smith. Fans are incredibly excited, waiting for the release so that they can finally purchase one of these amazing and exclusive pieces.
Well, we can say that the we will probably witness a new success of this huge American brand, that seems to have more than one trick up its sleeves and manages to produce collections which are sold out in the blink of an eye. Are we really sure that the devil only wears Prada?
