Born in 2008 by the idea of the Swiss Sergio Muster, Sneakerness is the biggest sneaker fair in Europe as well as an internationally renowned event for all streetwear lovers. Over the years this festival has also taken place in Amsterdam, Berlin, Moscow, Paris, Warsaw, Cologne, Johannesburg and Rotterdam, welcoming and entertaining 45,000 visitors only in 2018.
This year for its second Milanese edition, Sneakerness will be held again at the Fabbrica Orobia, in via Orobia 15, on 5 and 6 October and after the enormous success of the previous year, the event is highly awaited and full of news .
In addition to the more than 50 resellers who will take part in the fair, conferences and talks on sneaker culture are also planned. Partners and sponsors are several , including: StockX e-commerce, leader in the sale and purchase of sneakers, Foot Locker, Mini, TikTok, and Swatch.
Sneakerness is probably the most followed event of sneakers at international level, a space dedicated to streetwear culture fans and of course to the sale of ‘kicks’: rare shoes, limited editions, numbered, autographed, historical pieces, models that cannot be found or the result of prestigious collaborations of the most varied brands, from Nike, Adidas, Rebook, Fila to Off-white and Bape.
Impatient for the fair to return to Milan, we can say that a such big event could certainly not miss in the Italian capital of fashion, which is proving to be increasingly influential even in the field of streetwear and sneakers.
