Just 24 hours left to the beginning of the S/S 2020 edition of Milan Fashion Week, the MVC Magazine team, together with our editor-in-chief and influencer Maria Vittoria Cusumano, is preparing a real battle plan in order to not miss the best of this fashion week. The event, which will take place in the most famous Italian fashion capital, will start on Tuesday, September 17th and will end on Monday, September 23rd.

For this season news and brands involved are, as expected, numerous. Well-known names and emerging talents will enjoy some increasingly important and delicate issues in the fashion scene, such as sustainability, green awareness and inclusiveness. So the best way to deceive the wait is to take a look at the calendar, rich not only in fashion shows, but also exclusive events and cultural events linked to the world of fashion.

In fact, in this week dedicated to fashion, Milan will also host a series of not-to-be-missed exhibitions and musealizations including “Louis Vuitton Time Capsule Exhibition Milan” at Palazzo Reale, “Abiti da star di Rosanna Schiaffino and Fashion at Palazzo Morando”, “Milan and fashion homage to Gian Paolo Barbieri “at Palazzo Pirelli,” Wes Anderson Juman Malouf the sarcophagus of Spitzmaus and other treasures “on stage at the Prada Foundation” 1969/2019 Callas never seen “at Savini Milan in via Ugo Foscolo 5 and the exhibition” Suzhou Heritage “Dedicated to the millenary tradition of Suzhou silks.
Essential are also the presentations of new collections and events in boutiques including some very interesting openings such as that of the Jil Sander temporary store, the new Tommy Hilfiger store and the Milan Fashion Club Pop-Up Store, a space dedicated to young talents and new international fashion proposals.
