Last-minute news, Moncler unexpectedly buys Sportswear Company, the company that owns the Stone Island brand. An operation that cost 1.15 billion euros. Furthermore, following the execution, it is expected that Carlo Rivetti, Chairman and CEO of Stone Island, will join the Board of Directors of Moncler.
