And this year, the award for the most evocative show goes to Iceberg: as an homage to its origins – Iceberg was born in the 70’s in Emilia Romagna – this wonderful brand decided to create a show entirely inspired by the world of motors and by the capitol of Italian racing, Emilia Romagna. Picture the courtyard of an ancient palace in Milan filled with vintage cars and motorbike and with beautiful models wearing clothes inspired by the most iconic pieces of the automotive sector.

The show was full of references: from the tiniest detail to the whole palette of colours. Super colorful stems and patches reminding of the mythical Jaguar’s bodywork; minidresses covered in sequins for “bling ring” bikers. Zips that cross soft suits full of logos as if they were racetracks. Custom-made helmets (created for the occasion as collectables) with hand-painted neon graphics, paired with jackets embellished by denim patchwork, for a high-speed look. Colours are obviously inspired by vintage cars: Lancia red, Porsche silver, Alfa Romeo teal, Ferrari red and yellow. And also fluorescent elements, for a super sprint effect. Finally, all the outfits also involve a fluorescent shopping bag sporty chic shoes: sporty sandals, sneakers and lace-ups, in the middle between a biker and a gladiator style. The trendy idea: pairing a maxi bag with a mini bag. An epochal show and a dynamic creative and vitaminic collection.
