In November the capsule collection created by Louis Vuitton x League of Legends was in the news. The characters of the game present signed by the French fashion house and accessories (article here). But now the capsule collection becomes real. Yes, the first partnership between couture and video games is born. A line of selected clothing and accessories and definitely for the few.The collaboration between the French fashion house directed by Nicolas Ghesquière and Riot Games has a street-style and futuristic base, with a new fantasy halfway between the logo and the camouflage, and both the woman and the man.
With 47 pieces of clothing and accessories for men and women, the capsule is inspired by the fantasy world of League of Legends except for very few elements that have a decidedly unisex character and in any case all the sign of luxury. The collection ranges from three quarters to jogging pants, from hooded sweatshirts to impalpable monogrammed shawls always in the exclusive logo / animalier motif. There is no shortage of items such as leggings and graphic t-shirts (also in mini-dress version), crop tops, cyclist sweaters and scuba-effect mini-dresses made with patchwork colors. The iconic sneakers of the Archlight maison, have been renewed in the integrated gold / silver color variant with black mega-sole and Monogram inserts. The series also includes backpacks, baby carriers, ankle boots and Derby shoes.
The prices charged from around 300 euros for leather and metal bracelets to 5,000 euros for a nail in silver leather embossed with the Monogram pattern.
