Kebhouze is the latest investment by the entrepreneur with 40 thousand followers on social media, Gianluca Vacchi. The idea comes from a group of guys who have decided to bet everything on a kebab in two versions. One of 100% Italian chicken, and the other of Black Angus. There will also be space for kebab burgers, caesar salad, and fried such as nuggets, chicken popcorn, onion rings, and chips in the menus. The brand will also wink at environmental sustainability: the packaging will, in fact, be completely eco-friendly, with natural water proposed in tetra pack and branded.
The fast-food chain starts in December with Milan. The three stores in the Lombard capital will all be in central areas: one via Paolo Sarpi, one in Corso Buenos Aires, and finally Vigevano. Later, store openings are also expected in Rome. One in via Ostiense and the other at the Euroma 2 shopping center. Subsequently, with the new year, Twenty other openings will arrive throughout Italy and abroad.
“When they described the project to me, I immediately grasped the enormous potential of the format. In 2021 it is tough to have such an innovative idea in a mature sector like that of food, “explained Vacchi.
From the first information about the project, the enhancement of the Italian companies is guaranteed, which will supply all the meat used for the kebabs. The two beers served inside will also be artisanal. “There is a problem of distrust towards kebabs. I had it too”, admitted Gianluca Vacchi. “After tasting kebab for the first time in my life at the food tests, I realized that there is no simpler dish than this. Piadina, meat, and condiments of your choice. I requested that every ingredient and raw material used be of the highest quality”, the entrepreneur specified.
