The new face for the future of Adidas would seem to be Kerwin Frost, the famous American entertainer, and DJ. Known on social media for his elegant looks, Kerwin has come to instill his incredible aesthetic on a pair of Adidas Superstars. And these, thanks to the collaboration, take the name of “Superstuffed,” which translated into Italian means “super padded“.
The shoe boasts an oversized look, with a white leather upper and three black stripes. Kerwin Frost’s idea was to make a shoe that seemed a few sizes more significant than it should. An equally hilarious lookbook accompanied the Kerwin Frost x Adidas Superstar “Superstuffed” presentation. Here the DJ is portrayed impersonating a superhero with incredible muscles and, of course, huge sneakers.
The Adidas Superstar “Superstuffed” will be released on Thursday, August 26, on Adidas CONFIRMED for € 250.
However, it is not the first time that the Adidas Superstars have been transformed. In June 2021, the streetwear brand collaborated with Lego to release two pairs of really unusual sneakers. The first consists of an updated version of the iconic Superstar. The second is a real LEGO set that will give life to the same sneaker if assembled.
In March 2021, however, the Estonian rapper TOMM ¥ €A$H had created the longest Adidas Originals Superstar globally on the occasion of his collaboration with the sportswear giant.
