The Botanical Club Milano was born from the collaboration between Alessandro Longhin and Davide Martelli.
“We’re the first place in Italy, and in the world, that offers a cocktail bar, a bistro with kitchen and produce its own gin,” says Alessandro Longhin. 101 types of gin and the N°1 Japanese beer in the world, for an original project that was launched less than three years ago in the heart of Milan and that today has two locations: In Via Tortona 33 featuring a wide dehors, while in Via Melzo 16 and in Via Pastrengo, 11.
The menu of The Botanical Club was added the raw bar including poke, spicy temaki or the “Mini Avocado-toast”. The poke is available with different options, with a tuna base (crabs, coriander, avocado, jalapeño, edamame, chickpeas and eggs), or a salmon base (mango, lime, sesame oil, Chile Serrano, teriyaki, nori seaweeds, daikon and cucumber).
