Rihanna presents the first Fenty shoe capsule collection in collaboration with the young Italian designer, Amina Muaddi.

Amina Muaddi, is a Milan based young designer, that at only 25 years created her first shoe brand, Oscar Tiye, which became famous thanks to its sandals inspired by Minnie. Muaddi’s style is eclectic and her creations caught the attention not only of Rihanna but also Dua Lipa, Kendall Jenner, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and many more celebrities. This is why the designer was asked to design 4 pair of shoes for the launch of the Fenty. Release 7-20 collection.

“I wanted to create footwear that represented the muse and the brand: strong, but refined and feminine,” says Amina Muaddi. The four pair of shoes reflect her intentions and represent each one of them a different side of the brand’s personality. Caged In, a cage pump that ties all the way up the leg and has a metal heel, available both in CandyPink and Coco White; Braid Me Up, a lace-up sandal with crystal in brown suede; Code Word, a sandal with PVC straps available in acid green or optical white; and then the Meshy Mules, made with light mesh fabric in black or nude.
