Louis Vuitton celebrates the re-opening of their Italian stores with a new limited edition bag: OnTheGo. It will be exclusively available in the locations: Capri, Forte Dei Marmi, Porto Cervo e Portofino, because is dedicated to these cities. Practical, elegant and characterized by a pastel colour palette, the bag is an ode to the summer. The decorations, that go from pink to blue, is inspired by the traditional Japenese’s art Shibori, that consist of tie and fold the material before dyeing. Of course, the bag features the Monogram Giant (here the story behind the creation of the LV Monogram) in white and the names of the locations in fuchsia. The OnTheGo is inspired by the iconic Sac Plat bag by the French Maison, designed in 1968, that has been often reinterpreted by artists and designers.
