A collaboration that continues from the relationship started in 1954, the year in which Karl Lagerfeld won the Woolmark Prize at just 21 years of age and that today, The Woolmark Company celebrates the designer’s art with a special project. An online challenge to win the Karl Knit Kit, a box with do-it-yourself tools to make one of the garments personally imagined by Lagerfeld by hand.
The kit will contain balls of Australian Merino wool, 100% renewable and biodegradable natural fiber, information sheets to create one of the four unisex sweaters conceived and designed by Karl Lagerfeld, a hat, a scarf or a headband, together with all the needed for knitting. The irons and pins will obviously be personalized.
