WELCOME TO OAK + ALMOND

With a very personal style that takes inspiration from the great culinary tradition of the past, the philosophy of the Oak + Almond restaurant is simple but rigorous. They prepare delicious artisan dishes, created exclusively with seasonal ingredients and of a certain origin. The name “oak & almond” was chosen because these two are the precious woods that fuel their wood-burning oven. In addition to the oven there is a rotisserie, a grill and a smoker at the back. And a wonderful smoky aroma is evident as soon as you enter the venue. The tables are also made of wood, but in walnut, and together with the open kitchen and the elements listed above, they offer guests a modern yet warm dining experience.

Let’s move on to the Italian-inspired menu.
A cuisine that, together with the very warm atmosphere, made our experience inside this delightful restaurant something unique. Among the appetizers we can find wood-fired chicken wings, smoked tomatoes, polenta and burrata. There are also  ricotta croutons or cheeses spread on slices of crunchy bread accompanied by toasted almonds, Weston red bee honey and olive oil. We were personally conquered by a very original bowl of hot mixed olives, spiced with lemon flakes. But that’s not all. The mixed grill consisting of pork ribs and steaks was excellent. Or for those who prefer fish, the restaurant offers fried calamari, salmon tartare, octopus, shrimp and oysters. As for the first and second courses, the choice is equally wide. It ranges from pizzas to pasta, from sandwiches to salads. Let’s not forget the desserts, strictly homemade. You can choose between lemon cheesecake, chocolate chip cookies, tiramisu and chocolate tart.

The restaurant is under the management of Jon Paul Pirraglia and family.
