Travis Scott entrepreneurship doesn’t know limits, and in the past few months, the rapper has tried everything to maximize his influence by working on a series of exciting projects. The latest rumours surprised us and if confirmed will amplify Scott’s influence even more. As always, he doesn’t seem scared of going outside of his comfort zone, and this time we’re talking about a possible collaboration between Travis Scott and McDonald’s, probably the most popular fast-food chain in the world. After conquering the music scene, the fashion and entertainment industry, the artist seems convinced to work with a leading company in the food industry, putting down the roots for a long-term partnership.
According to the leaks surfaced from the web in the last hours, the collaboration will be officialized in the next few days and soon a huge advertisement campaign will be shared by McDonald’s. The company is ready to use the hype surrounding La Flame, just like what Fortnite did a few months ago. This collaboration will be a capsule collection made for McDonald’s employees, but it will not include any pair of sneakers. The collection will include a series of re-worked and re-styled t-shirts, hoodies and truckers hats, connecting Scott’s fans with this world. At the moment we don’t have any official images, or how it will be released, we can only presume that it will come out in September.
This is not the first time that McDonald’s release an apparel capsule collection, like the when that came out last Christmas. A series of street wear pieces with a pop aesthetic, including some grey hoodies, the t-shirts featuring the Happy Meal smile and some socks with fries printed on them.
