Tornado Warning, this is how is called the latest men’s collection f\w 2020 of Off White presented at Paris Fashion Week and created by the designer Virgil Abloh.
The feeling that emerges from this latest fashion show is that the brand is transforming itself into something new with small steps. Although the casual and relaxed mood is now part of the brand’s concept, more “formal” garments such as jackets and coord suits have been integrated in this latest collection, made dynamic by strong and bright colors. Another focal point of the collection is the softness: turtlenecks, cashmere sweaters and sweatshirts dominated the catwalk, together with the tie with the Mona Lisa depicted, an extension of the recent Off White collaboration with the Louvre.
The highly anticipated Off White x Air Jordan 5 did not go unnoticed at the feet of the models (we told you about it here). With the inevitable “SHOELACES” writing on the laces the sneakers come in shades of gray and metallic black; to customize the shoes of the geometric circles that we also review in the collection, “empty” circumferences on the jackets and coats, which allow us to glimpse what we carry below, a common thread that links the collection to the Off White x Air Jordan 5. To complete the sneakers, the iconic Off-White ™ plastic tag this time in black.
