In the menu, ingredients and sauces typical of Brazil, Mexican spiciness, Peruvian delicacies, Chilean roughness, Colombian sweetness: textures and Latin flavors are combined with Caribbean colors and raw materials of absolute freshness.
Reserva offers fish and shellfish and excellent meats as per Argentine tradition, innovated by Reserva with weGrill’s Broiler System cooking method. This technique allows to obtain externally a perfect browning, thanks to the very high temperatures to which the meat is subjected, and at the same time to have a softness out of the ordinary. In addition, the absence of direct fire makes the method of preparation particularly healthy and natural, suitable for all those who love a cuisine with intense but light flavors.

A large counter with marble components and bronze plumage details welcome guests between animalier shades and lots of green in the velvets and colors of the furniture.
