The capsule collection “Denim Boke Flower” plays on two key elements of KENZO and NIGO. The first is the flower coined by the new Creative Director for his collection, becoming a foundation of the brand, while denim is the most in the designer’s strings.
For the third seasonal drop, eight items of women’s clothing and seven pieces of men’s clothing are expected to be released; however, the collection is largely unisex. Denim jackets sport embroidered boke flowers on the back, while denim jackets find the same design sewn on the front pockets.
Anche denim pants and knee-length skirts sport the floral pattern on the pockets and oversized T-shirts and relaxed T-shirts with additional details on the pockets. The collection refers to Kenzo Takada and revolves around the natural elements that have defined the brand’s legacy, conveying that Japanese sentiment and sensibility that make Nigo the perfect Creative Director of the brand.
The third drop of KENZO SS22 di NIGO will only arrive in stores at selected retailers such as Dover Street Market and online on April 2.
