The fashion industry didn’t stay still and watched during the Covid-19 emergency, new donations and initiatives are still going. The latest one comes from the Italian brand MSGM, that decided to face the pandemic by launching a new digital contest #LogosForTheFuture. The invites come directly from the Creative Director Massimo Giorgetti that asked his followers to design their brand new logo. To whoever wants to join, Giorgetti asks to let their creativity free and shares their proposals on Instagram with the hashtag #LOGOSFORTHEFUTURE and tag @MSGM. A virtual challenge with a real outcome.
Then the designer will select the 5 best logos that will be used to embellish an exclusive capsule collection for the Spring Summer 2020. The proceeds will be entirely donated to Save The Children Italia, that finances projects dedicated to children that need support and educational materials after the global pandemic.
The contest will end on June 15th so there is enough time to occupy our free time, show our talent and do the right thing. The winner, that will submit a 300dpi+ scan or a vectorial version of their graphic design, can win a 1000 euros bonus that they can spend on MSGM store.
