Bulgari launches a new online shopping experience: in Italy, from June 4th it will be possible to buy the brand’s collections just with one click. An exclusive retail service that Bulgari curated in every single detail, to create a digital platform that will be able to satisfy every request of their customers. It’s not only about buying Bulgari’s products but also it guarantees a unique experience even if it’s just virtually. Once we enter the page dedicated to the accessories, thanks to a mobile device (tablet or smartphone) and after clicking the AR (augmented reality) button, the client can access a dynamic presentation of the product, and “try it online” directly from their device and live a shopping experience just like they were inside a Bulgari’s boutique.
The experience will be amplified thanks to 3D images of the products, that will give a sense of reality to the customers and also the possibility to view the products on a surface to better understand their dimensions. It doesn’t stop here. With the Hot Stamping service, the customers can personalize what they bought on both bags and accessories. The shipping is free and flexible, they even offer a 24 hours service.
