UGG, the Southern California-based footwear and lifestyle brand, is back in the news with a four-piece collection for Spring/Summer 2025 produced in collaboration with Yoon Ahn, creative director of Tokyo-based label Ambush.
The collection includes two timeless models, the Mary Jane and the loafer, reinvented by Yoon by fusing Ugg’s DNA of comfort and quality with the bold and experimental aesthetic of Ambush.
The collaboration gave life to 4 pieces with an unusual style, covered in fur and super comfortable.
The UGG AMBUSH Mary Jane arrives in two colorways of pink and white, crafted with sheepskin and complete with metal and leather details.
The UGG AMBUSH Penny Loafer model is also finished with metal and sheepskin details, and is available in shades of burgundy and black. Featuring a design that nods to mules, the loafer boasts a much more casual approach than the typical formal shoe.
Furry detailing abounds both inside and outside the moccasin, contained beneath a leather strap and spilling out part of the insole. But in case this soft fabric isn’t enough, there’s also a removable furry heel that can be added to the loafers.
“I want the collaboration to bring comfort to the reality of everyday life. Personally? I love Mary Janes and loafers and wanted to create a more relaxed version of them with Ugg. These styles are versatile and can match many looks, from casual to dressy.” says Yoon, co-founder of AMBUSH, in a press release.
In bringing this 4-piece collection to life, the two brands also collaborated on an engaging and nostalgic campaign inspired by the time of adolescence and its awkward beauty. The shots immortalize moments of a school talent show, from its practice, to behind the scenes, up to the show, enhancing the light-heartedness and authenticity of the typical “misfit teens”.

The highly original Ugg x Ambush models will be available for purchase on Ugg.com, Ambushdesign.com, in stores and at selected retailers starting February 21st.
