Born as an online flower shop for almost three years, but later Xue Ling, founder and owner who studied fashion design at the Parsons School of Design, said she was interested in planning experiences related to food and Instagram stories . “I want to share this whole imagination with people. That’s why I built a place that brings dreams into real life, “he said.
The minimalist interiors of the cafe, the floral shop, the uniquely decorated display and desserts make the whole coffee perfect for the curated world of Instagram.
Ling has traveled all over the world to learn about sweets and collaborated with the pastry chef Carla Di Virgilio to create elaborate desserts for LROOM. Other special items on the menu include pastries that are modeled and designed to look exactly like apples, strawberries, lemons, but are far from real!
