If 2020 was Travis Scott’s year, thanks to the many collaborations(Nike, McDonald’s, beauty), 2021 could finally be Drake‘syear. In fact, not only has he been named the second most listened to artist of the decade, but he is now preparing for the second drop of his NOCTA collection made with Nike.
After a first release last December, which immediately sold out, the Toronto rapper is now back with a capsule devoted to outerwear and techwear. The new collection, however, will include only five items. Among the things proposed, the technical vest stands out, an accessory much loved by Drake himself, decorated with the double branding of both brands; A very light jacket characterized by multiple pockets on the chest and side, decorated with front zip and a hood; Thermal pants; Two shirts with a fake collar; Monochrome T-shirts and adjustable caps with Swoosh.
Once again, the familiar black and gold palette tinges this selection. Tones that are key points of the brand and that at the same time identify it. Each article is also loaded with thematic prints by NOCTA. There are also mysterious initial letters “C.L.” and “A.W.R.” that appear on shirts and sweatpants.
