Besides, the slab of Himalayan salt, served hot directly on the table, allows you to cook or sear bluefin tuna, amberjack, sea bass, red prawns and various other types of fish of your choice. Among the main dishes, if you prefer cooked dishes, spaghetti with red prawns, fish buttons of the day, risotto with raw red tuna, shellfish bouillabaisse, Catalan, braised octopus in Moscato. Among the desserts, lemon curd tartlet and smoked tiramisu. In addition to the wine list, a particular list of cocktails, are accompanied by a specific pastry of seafood, for a different aperitif than usual.

 

Fishion is located in the secluded and quiet Via Maroncelli. The entrance opens with the bar area, where you can stop for a cocktail and an aperitif before dinner. It follows a single room, with exposed bricks painted in white, green marble tables left naked, a delicate glass service, as well as the chairs and the details of a beautiful sea green.

 

The service is polite, attentive but informal. It is a restaurant suitable for a couple’s dinner, as well as for a family fish dinner. It is a fresh, young place that combines a good delicate taste with an excellent fish restaurant’s raw material.
