The Milano Digital Fashion Week officially started. The event will present from today 14th of July until the 17th the Menswear and Womenswear Spring/Summer 2021 Collections of 37 brands. The calendar includes names such as Prada, Ferragamo and Gucci that opted for digital show, while Etro and Dolce & Gabbana will allow guests in.
The first show of the day will be MSGM at 12.00, while Missoni will close the Fashion Week on the 17th at 16.00. Among the events that we’re more excited about there Tod’s, Ermenegildo Zegna, Moschino, Alberta Ferretti, Philipp Plein and Scervino, for a total of 10 presentations per day. More designers that decided to join the calendar are Philosophy by Lorenzo Serafini, Disquared2, Magliano, Vivetta and Sunnei.
As we already announced a few weeks ago, Fendi and Giorgio Armani decided to postpone their shows in September. Each brand will have enough time to express their creativity and their collections, in total freedom, as explained by the CNMI. All the events will be live-streamed on the Camera Nazionale Della Moda digital platform, in collaboration with Accenture and Microsoft, and thanks to The New York Times there will be cover even in the American time zone. In the dedicated International Hub Market area the young designers can show their talent, thanks to the Camera Moda Fashion Trust that support the new generation of designers with the Together for Tomorrow project. Then lastly, in the showroom section, the designers can decide if they want to give open-access to the public or keep the collection private just for the people of the industry.
