This year Supreme decided to start the new season using a different method. Usually, the first drop is released in two parts, the first sold exclusively in-store and the second online the following week. This time the launch happened at the same time both online and offline. As it wasn’t enough, the first tranche of the collection was way wider with a strong presence of hype products. The brand was overwhelmed by the response and had to postpone the Week 2 to September 3rd with a big surprise. According to some leaks, Supreme collaborated with the one and only Yohji Yamamoto.
Find out below some of the most desired accessories for the 2020 winter. Among them an arcade console dedicated to Mortal Kombat, a lipstick signed by the make-up artist Pat McGrath, a toothpaste Colgate and a doll inspired by Chucky. Some of them are already online.
For this collection, Supreme once again focus on streetwear, with a selection of outfits that experiment with materials and cuts. From eco-fur to denim, from crochet to pile. Another component is the presence of graphics and pattern in which the brand’s logo is revisited, like the jacket characterized by the iconic box logo featured on New York’s skyline.
