The new amazing collaboration by Reebok and Cardi B
The new Reebok Classic Club C Vintage advertising campaign aims to redefine the concept of “classic” by breaking the mold and challenging conventions. The champion of non-conformism, Cardi B, is the perfect choice!
Cardi, courageous and proud, is the protagonist of the advertising short film “Nails”, created by Venables Bell & Partners in which she appears cast in a daily scenario, evocative of the urban reality the pop star comes from : a beauty salon. Cardi wears the Reebok Classic Club C, the iconic sneaker of the 1980s that returns to the forefront thanks to its simple lines that make it a timeless shoe.
In the video, the rapper is gossiping with a girl while laying curlers, when she realizes that she has an untied shoe; this is where the unexpected happens: Cardi’s nails stretch to his feet and reconnect the strings in order to not to put the perm at risk.

Nails have always been an indispensable aspect of the aggressive and lively look of Cardi B, how not to notice her colorful claws? This is why Reebok, a well-known sportswear brand, has ventured into a whole new territory, beauty. As a matter of fact, parallel to the sneakers advertising campaign, “Nailed It” was born, the Reebok supplement that will transform your nails from “regular-degular-schmegular” (to use Cardi’s words) to majestic, longer, stronger claws , faster. The special reinforcing formula has as its purpose the rapid growth of the nails making them perfect for daring colored nail art, such as those that are often seen on the hands of Cardi B. And it tastes like strawberry! Nailed It will soon be available in the brand’s stores and online at reebok.it.
If you are a fan of streetwear or nail art, you should not lose sight of the products of this explosive partnership that celebrates enterprising, revolutionary and irreverent characters who redefine fashion thanks to their uniqueness, and which demonstrates how pop culture can bring together two worlds as different as sneakers and beauty.
