Ten years have passed since the first store opened in Via di Ripetta 40, today the “Que Te Pongo” has expanded, grown and also changed its name. The “Salmoneria” opened its third store in Parioli (Via Umberto Boccioni 6/8), being more current and in the forefront. Thirdly, because the second, in Via della Dogana Vecchia, will soon switch off seven candles already.
The last born was inaugurated only a week ago, but promises to maintain the high standards of older brothers. “Que Te Pongo” was born from the idea of two fish importer brothers who decide to sell the best fish products from Norway, Scotland, Alaska, Holland, Spain but also from our local Sardinia. Products carefully chosen and processed to offer their customers unparalleled quality and freshness. From Ripetta moved to the Pantheon where Tommaso Ridolfi, the young nephew pilot of civil aircraft but also with a passion for cooking and good food, was also involved.
The nephew now gastronome chef is one of the trusted partners, together with the uncles of course, of the “Salmoneria”. In addition to retail, in these three corners of paradise you can enjoy excellent freshly prepared dishes. The space is not very large but it will be the last thing you will notice, let yourself be delighted by the very fresh fish, the quality of the products and the fantasy of the presentations.
