For the holidays, Jacquemus gives us an accessible capsule collection all in pink sauce or, as Simón sees it, a real “vie en rose”.
“Do you like pink?”: The question asked by Jacquemus invaded our Instagram feeds this past week, generating many questions about what it could hide. And finally, the time of revelation arrived yesterday on December 1, 2020: a new capsule called Pink.
The formula consists to colour with pink the basic accessories of everyday life: They range from the new fuchsia version of the Gadjo helmet, to the heart-shaped flip-flops with candy pink shades, to the Chiquito key rings or the beautiful sweatshirts and t-shirts all in cotton to wear with the cyclist in pink jersey. It is a timeless clothing that transforms the classic Christmas magic into a fresh touch of joy and warmth. In fact, although this exclusive capsule is revealed a few weeks before the end of the year celebrations, it does bring a kind of summer air with it. Accessibility should be emphasized with prices starting from 35 euros for socks.
We remind you that pink has always been a favorite colour of Jacquemus, the protagonist of the unforgettable fashion show of the spring / summer 2020 collection presented on a hot pink (and apparently infinite) carpet 500 meters long in the middle of a beautiful lavender field in Provence, France, just a few kilometers away from the designer’s property.
