The most iconic outfit glimpsed during Fashion Week was undoubtedly the cropped sweater and the micro pleated low-waisted skirt. An outfit that Miu Miu had brought to the catwalk to emphasize a type of female physique characterized by small breasts, very long legs, narrow hips, and extra flat bellies. A look born suitable for beauties on the type of Emily Ratajkowski, Hailey Bieber, Zendaya, Nicole Kidman, and our Chiara Ferragni.
And so, with particular interest and a lot of surprise, we witnessed the same Miu Miu outfit worn by the plus-size model Lara Stone on the cover of I-D.
The question is more than legitimate, will it have been a skillful move by the brand itself, too often accused of sending female physicists on the catwalk very far from reality?
