Lume is a welcoming and intimate restaurant in Milan. The large windows create a bright space, where you can enjoy an extraordinary experience, while during the summer you can take advantage of the outdoor veranda. A large structure in the shape of a nineteenth-century aviary of about 60 square meters, the guest sit under the vault, surrounded by plants whose fruits are fundamental ingredients of many dishes on the menu (including citrus fruits) curated by chef Luigi Taglienti.
Located in the heart of the Navigli inside the former Richard Ginori factory in via Giacomo Watt. Designed by the architect Monica Melotti who worked on the renovation and interior design. The real protagonist of the space is the kitchen, which is enclosed in a glass cube covered with embroidered decorations that give life to a play of volumes of extreme charm. A central element of great impact and it blends harmoniously with the room allowing guests to glimpse what is happening inside the kitchen.

Lume Milano, thanks to the quality of the restaurant expressed at 360 degrees, gained a Michelin star. From the menu to the interior design, from the gastronomic philosophy to the service and all the other details that makes this place so special. The menu is divided between à la carte and two tasting menus, “Taglienti tells the vegetable” for 130 euros and “Fruit of a moment” for 170 euros. The à la carte menu is divided between appetizers, first courses, main courses and, of course, desserts.
