Pharrell Williams‘ creativity is not limited to the world of music and fashion, but now it also includes the cosmetics sector. “Humanrace” is the name of his skincare brand, which – replicating the same winning label already used for the Adidas’s sneakers collaboration – promises a new success. Humanrace consists of a line of three essential products addressed indifferently to men and women as Pharrel specified in a brand statement: “Humanrace Skincare does not differ by race or gender. We are creating for humans; we are all born in the same skin and Humanrace celebrates it.”
The first product is a Rice Powder Cleanser, enriched with alpha-hydroxy acids which when mixed with water bring radiance to the skin; the second is a Lotus Enzyme Exfoliator to eliminate dead cells; while the third is a Humidifying Cream with extracts of mushrooms, squalane and hyaluronic acid.
The skincare line is characterized by a packaging made of 50% recycled plastic in respect of eco-sustainability, by a minimal design in green and white colours accompanied by the logo and even by words in braile.
