It was born in 2013 when Edoardo Grassi, Luca Pardini and Marco Civitelli, professionals of haute cuisine and luxury hospitality, together with the Canadian Dsquared2 stylists Dean and Dan Caten and the chef Elio Sironi, gave life to this first Italian example in Milan. of Cocktail Bar & Restaurant.
Entering the elevator that takes you up to the fourth floor, you have no idea what to expect. But as soon as the elevator doors open, two spectacular swimming pools overlooking the different Milanese skylines in which futuristic skyscrapers and historic buildings alternate, welcome you. Retro furniture in perfect 40s style characterizes the room, while two large marble fireplaces on opposite sides of the room characterize the private room and the bar area, where the large counter with marble top and brass elements is located.
The great refinement of the atmosphere and design also continues in the kitchen. Under the guidance of chef Elio Sironi, the menu changes at least four times a year, always maintaining authenticity at the base. The quality and choice of raw materials combined with the use of traditional and contemporary cooking techniques are the basis of the cuisine proposed by Ceresio 7. We find both meat and fish and many dishes of only vegetables that are perfectly linked to the wine list that has more than 800 references. Guglielmo Miriello‘s art of mixology certainly does not stop at the counter, much less at the aperitifs, but it goes perfectly with the chef’s dishes and sometimes even become an integral ingredient of the dishes.
