Lately, the iconic Japanese designer Yohji Yamamoto dedicated himself to lots of collaborations. Like the one released two weeks ago with Supreme, or with Dr Martens, Hublot, New Era and even a capsule collection dedicated to Devilman, as well as his partnership with Adidas for his Y-3 line. Now the designer just announced a new unexpected and mysterious project in partnership with Lamborghini. At the moment only two promotional images have been released, one featuring their co-branding and one with a camo pattern with katakana characters.
But what would be the result of this collaboration? A capsule collection? A new exclusive supercar? For now, nothing is confirmed and we will have to wait the end of October to find out more about “the work of art that will represent the DNA of both brands”.
