When Jordan pays homage to Paris, it usually happens through a PSG collaboration or with a Parisian brand like Maison Chateau Rouge. But this time, for its latest tribute to the French capital, Jumpman has prepared an exquisitely detailed Air Jordan 35. What is striking, if not more than the appearance, is the limited production: the AJ35 “Paris” will be released in only 102 pairs. A tactic also used for the Air Jordan 34 “Paris”. A limited edition capsule of only 500 units, available exclusively in Paris.
The colors “Pale Ivory” and “Pastel Pink” are used in most of the upper. A mix of mesh and suede with Black and Metallic Gold details, characterize the tongue, the labels on the heel and the Eclipse plate. Inside we find a floral motif lining with a precise reference to spring, also visible on the outer collar of the sneaker. Further details are the number “75” on the side ankle and the word “Paname” on the back label. They mutually indicate the nickname that the Parisians have given to their capital and the telephone area code of the department. The design is completed by the internal numbered plates on the tongue. They tell the buyer which of the 102 sneakers proposed on the market to buy. The two-tone midsole (ivory / black) and pink sole complete the look.
An official date of the Air Jordan 35 “Paris” limited edition has not yet been released. For now, we only know that it will be available exclusively for the European Nike SNKRS app in the spring.
