The Air Jordan 1 has come a long way since its debut way back in 1985. Translating into a classic and iconic silhouette, the shoe’s original patterns and shades have increased exponentially in demand and price. Like last May when the Air Jordan 1 “Chicago” was sold at auction for 560 thousand USD. A record also due to the hype generated by the TV series “The Last Dance” on the Netflix platform. The sneakers were signed and made in the Player Sample version with which Michael Jordan played in 1985.
Today, however, a real grail for enthusiasts has appeared on the net. Another 1985 Air Jordan 1 “Chicago” created explicitly for His Airness in DS condition has been posted on eBay, featuring the iconic signature of Michael Jordan when he was still a rookie. All are obviously accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. The Air Jordan 1 “Chicago” went on sale for $ 1 million. The price may partly be justified because we are dealing with one of the rarest specimens in the entire Jordan history. That is one of the 15/20 pairs made in 1985 for the Chicago Bulls star.
