“Via Durini is the Montenapoleone of furniture“. These are the words of Brenda Basso, vice-president of Versace Home Licensing, on the occasion of the opening of the new Versace Home boutique in Milan. Behind the Ionic columns of the facade, the new boutique of over 500 square meters has a concept curated by the Vudafieri-Saverino partners studio. The store will feature the new Versace home creations produced and distributed in partnership with Lifestyle design. This is just the first of at least five other Versace Home stores to open in London, Miami, New York, Paris, and Los Angeles.
The new shop was built to mimic the structure of a real home. We have a living room, a dining room, a bedroom, and even a hidden internal garden, with an entrance decorated with LED lights and big screens. The classic Versace signatures (trigreche, medusa, and so on) have been kept discreet to bring out better the design of the furniture that recall the brand’s collections, such as the Venus armchair, the Venus Goddess sofa, or the Stiletto furniture decorated with the Trésor de la Mer pattern. The group has recently been expanded and also includes wallpapers and household linen.
The new Versace Home store is open in Via Durini 11 in Milan.
