If you didn’t know, March 10 is Mar10 Day, the world day dedicated to Super Mario, the moustached Italian-American plumber, who for the occasion arrives on the market with two not bad collaborations.
The first deals with the Levi’s fashion house. A collaboration announced last week and unveiled yesterday, featuring sweatshirts, trousers and shorts, overalls, jeans and jackets all rigorously branded with Super Mario themes.

In addition to the famous coins and historical mushrooms, some historical characters will appear such as Yoshi, Toad, Wario, Luigi, Bowser, Boo, Koopa Troopa and many others. The key pieces are the denim jacket with patches of iconic figures and Super Mario objects and the Levi’s 501 jeans embroidered with the words “Power Up!” on the trouser legs. The hoodies and the shirts in blue, red and white colors feature the graphics of Mario, Toad and Princess Peach. The collection is completed by a denim tote bag depicting Mario emerging from the front pocket. The Levi’s logo is reminiscent of the Coin Block of the video game. The collection can be purchased from April 1 in stores and online.

But if the first one has not convinced you, there is the second. Super Mario collaborates with Lego and they create 13 different sets and a line of Minifigures. The sachets of Minifigures will cost 3.99 euros each and there are also economic sets from 9.99 euros up to richer and more complex packs with a price of 49.99 euros, 69.99 euros and 99.99 euros.

But it does not end here, in July the Super Mario theme park will open in Osaka where you can literally become players-visitors of a huge video game.
