Sabrina Carpenter stars in SKIMS’ new underwear campaign, making her first appearance for the brand ahead of her Coachella debut. The young and attractive superstar also joins the impressive roster of talents and celebrities who have posed for the SKIMS campaigns.
Carpenter highlights some of the brand’s best-selling styles, including lace underwear, micro-thongs and bodysuits from the Stretch Lace and Fits Everybody collections.
Unlike most Skims products, which are designed to be basic underwear and shapewear available in neutral and nude shades, the new items worn by the singer feature more frilly details and pastel shades, coming much closer to the jaunty looks with which we usually see her on stage.

The well-known founder of the brand, Kim Kardashian commented: “Sabrina is not only a very talented musician, but she also has a fashion sense and an ‘it’ factor that really resonates with the next generation. With her upcoming Coachella debut, there couldn’t be a better time to have her star in a SKIMS campaign. Her talent and playful style brings a new energy to these collections, and the campaign is so fun!”
Shot by British photographer Jack Bridgland, the campaign is full of references to the 90s and early 2000s, capturing Carpenter in a familiar setting, an almost adolescent-style bedroom complete with fan posters and stacks of CDs. In the photos, Sabrina uses a cordless phone; in another she listens to music on a personal compact disc player. The pink portable stereo right behind her and the posters of various 80s/90s celebrities on the walls can not get unnoticed too.

“SKIMS has so many beautiful underwear styles that I was so excited to wear. I love both collections, especially the delicacy of the Stretch Lace and the second-skin feel of Fits Everybody,” the singer says in a press release. “Every piece I wore was super flattering and so comfortable, which of course is always a given with SKIMS! I loved the femininity of the whole creative. I feel very excited SKIMS chose me to be the face of this campaign as I’ve always been a fan of the brand”.
